Great after some modification
Product Review for AVID Waterproof Digital Earbuds
This has become my lap-swimming earphones of choice, but only after modification. As such, I have a hard time rating the product as delivered. It comes with a fully sealed ear-piece that hinders the sound. I replaced the ear-buds with a product called "ear-planes" (which are ear plugs with an open-able center canal). I now have excellent sound and excellent fit. I do occasionally alternate use with H2O's earphone product to ensure that I avoid ear irritation. The H20's don't fit me as well, and cost twice as much.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use this with H2O Audio waterproof products, works great. Better than any other waterproof earbuds that I've tried. I swim 10-15 miles a week in a pool, and have been extremely happy with their function. These earbuds keep water out of my ear like no other similar product.
