Service Review for Alvin and Co. Heritage H-Frame Easel:
I was called the day after I ordered and was told that I could save money on shipping since the warehouse was in the same state. After 7 days (I had requested 2-day shipping), I called and was told that the easels were lost!! I wanted to use these to advertise 4 restaurants Thanksgiving Dinner Events. I lost money every day waiting on these. When I demanded they be found; I was told they were at a freight company 10 miles away so I just went and got them myself, again taking up my valuable time. I hesitate to use your company to order any more products (easel is great) because of the very bad service regarding my shipment.
BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend
