Product arrived in good condition. Delivery was NOT prompt. Company delivery system was disorganized and confusing and took time to track down WHY my product was late for delivery and where it was! Customer service was helpful upon complaint, but not before. Once the hassle was resolved they refunded my shipping costs, but I would have preferred to avoid the hassle! There needs to be better communication between shipping and delivery because shipping did not know who to call when they had a mistake (on their end) of a wrong contact number! The product is good. but the shipping would make me hesitate to recommend the company.
BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Board is great. Oak frame is great. But the lower attachment brackets are too small to screw into the Oak frame for secure attachment. So, I had to go out, buy longer brackets, and re-install. That was a pain.
